The rules for using our software and services.
We provide (a) SaaS AI commerce agents with training, (b) 1:1 consulting, and (c) done-for-you agency services for existing ecommerce businesses only. Agency engagements are separately scoped and require qualification.
You must provide accurate information, keep accounts secure, and use the software lawfully. Agency services require an existing store with sales history; we may decline or pause engagements that don't qualify.
Fees are stated at checkout or in your agreement. Refund and extension rights are governed by our guarantee terms.
Our software, training, and materials are licensed — not sold. No reverse-engineering, reselling, or abusive use. We may suspend accounts for violations.
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the service at issue. See disclosures.
